Mission

Terra Futura is Asheville’s first regenerative neighborhood, located in West Asheville, NC.

With a focus on intentional design and sustainable living, Terra Futura provides residents an opportunity to live in harmony with nature and each other. We aspire to create a model of community living deeply attuned to environmental and social well-being.

SUSTAINABILITY

With thoughtful design inspired by permaculture principles, Terra Futura integrates sustainable infrastructure across shared green spaces, gardens, and native vegetation. Walking paths lined with edible, medicinal, and pollinator plants connect residents to community areas, fostering a pedestrian-friendly environment. The neighborhood’s parking is positioned on the periphery, allowing nature and social spaces to flourish at its core.

VISION

We exist to inspire a deep sense of belonging, interdependence, and connection to the land.

Guided by ancestral wisdom, and shaped by the incremental actions we take today, Terra Futura is an optimistic experiment in cooperative living. In harmony with one another on sacred land, together we envision a more abundant tomorrow.
